Uninsured Loss Recovery
If you are involved in an eligible road traffic accident caused by another party's negligence, the policy helps cover legal advisers' costs to recover financial losses that are not covered by your motor insurance.
This includes the recovery of:
✔ Your motor insurance excess.
✔ Other eligible out-of-pocket expenses.
This section applies to eligible claims arising within the United Kingdom and the European Union, subject to the policy terms.
Motor Contract Disputes
The policy helps cover legal advisers' costs to pursue or defend disputes relating to contracts connected with the insured vehicle.
This includes disputes concerning:
