This includes claims for your motor insurance excess and other out-of-pocket expenses resulting from the accident. The policy may also help you pursue compensation if you suffer a personal injury, or if a claim arises following a fatal accident affecting an insured person.
Vehicle Cloning Protection
If another person or organisation unlawfully uses your vehicle's identity without your permission, the policy can help cover legal advisers' costs to defend legal action relating to vehicle cloning. This protection helps provide financial support if your vehicle details are copied or misused, helping you respond to legal disputes connected with the unauthorised use of your vehicle's identity.
Motor Prosecution Defence
